Grounding Practice: Exploring Attention Anchors
This practice introduces the idea of attention anchors - simple points of focus that can help create a sense of steadiness and grounding in daily life situations.
The practice offers three attention anchors to explore: the feeling of feet on the floor, something to look at, and something to hold.
This audio lasts around 16 minutes, including a short introduction you can skip on repeat listens, and you don't have to try all three anchors in a single listen.
