Neurodiversity Mentoring
The intention of mentoring is to supportively explore aspects of neurodivergent experience and work towards defined goals and objectives of the mentee.
The Kindful offers mentoring rooted in the lived experience of being autistic and ADHD and based on a structured approach from peer support models.
Mentoring sessions are differentiated from therapy by boundaries relating to what is discussed; e.g., mentoring focuses on future goals and objectives rather than processing previous experience.
Mentoring takes place at a mutually agreed length and frequency.

"Susan creates a safe space in her groups, and taught me to approach mindfulness practice with compassionate curiosity, leading to the greatest breakthrough I've had in my practice. Susan is keen to ensure her groups are inclusive, considering the difference of experience for neurodivergent individuals."
